There are brands that require mass market sales and there are brands that need to be built with retailers that can give the image the brand requires.
Entering the latin American markets is not always easy, each country has complex rules of import, labelling and duty rates. Knowing this side of the business helps us coordinate with the brand the logistics so as to avoid unnecessary fines and delays. Ensuring that everything on the logistics side runs smoothly.
Some brands require us to follow the corners in key accounts ensuring that the product is well placed and the image is maintained.
We also can give valuable sales data on sell out to better sales the next season. Growth is not only acheived by sales but also by what the customer buys ensuring that the size ratio is bettered every year, the winners are highlighted so that we can repeat those types of styles and increase sales.
